I press the Scan button but can still not see the RPM of my fan?!

The trick with the "Scan" button is that there are two functions for that button:

1. Pressing the button shortly (less then 1s) will switch to Scan mode, the unit will first cycle through all the temperatures and then show all the RPM. 
2. Pressing the button a little bit longer (more then 1s) will switch between monitoring all the channels in a cycle and only one certain channel at the time (up and down for channel choice). 

It might be possible that you get one function instead of the other, so please try hitting the button in different ways until you get the hang of it.
