Why is the download service unable to start?

By default, the download service is using the HOME folder of the system administrator (admin) to store the files. However, if there is not drive installed yet or the partition has not yet been created, it's unable to start. Make sure your drive is installed properly, a partition has been created and the drive has been formatted for the network drive to use. For more details about setting up a drive, refer to Disk Manager.
