Incompatible 2.5-inch hard drives

Following 2.5" hard drives have been found to be incompatible with Mvisto:

• WD600 VE-75HDT0
• WD800 VE-75HDT0
• WD1200 VE-00KWT0
• WD3200BEVE

Note
If installed in the Mvisto media player, these drives are recognised when connected via USB but can not be recognised or used when connected to the TV. The only solution available at this point is by replacing the hard drive with a different make or model.
